I worked for eagle for 3 years, and through that time, I never received a raised let along a review. When I first started I was told I would get a review at the end of my 90 days along with a pay increase, and that never happened. Eagle has no benefits, and the cars that are assigned to the road officers are beat up, run down, unreliable. If I were you, I'd look somewhere else for YOUR security. Everything ranging from racist supervisors to unqualified staff is what you'll find amongst their ranks. Their website downright lies about these officers training. They have no affiliation with the state police, which means that there is no classroom training with those departments.
