At 7am this they are parked in the main entrance to rolling hills, no lights on, nobody wearing safety vests... It's dark still. I turn to go by the truck, as I am going 5 mph I get yelled at and told to slow down, then all 3 employees proceeded to follow me, cuss me and threaten me. This is not professional behavior nor were they acting in a safe manner. I will be calling OSHA, catoosa police, Wagner county sheriff's dept and the BBB. Fire these incompetent people or get the hell out of our neighborhood!

We changed to the service last summer. They are super polite, you can actually reach them on the phone when you need to get hold of them, and they haven't missed our can once in weekly pick up. The cost is almost half what I was paying with WM, who have zero support and can't seem to remember we were their customers. I could not be happier with Eagle.

I have never had a trash service like Eagle trash . They always pick up about the same time each week. They put your container in the grass on its side so it never ends up in the street. I have never seen them leave a mess . There is never any debris left any where just blowing around . Lisa is very nice and professional when it comes to setting up service or paying your bill. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get away from high priced big companies and all their extra fees.
