On a tour using one of their buses. This thing is a rattletrap doing its best to destroy the hearing of everyone aboard. The overhead bin on one side beats against the upper cabin frame on the most moderate of rough roads, and becomes absolutely insane when bumps are encountered. Been told not to use the onboard restroom for some reason - but the door is warped anyway. One chair requires no input to fully recline itself, and has proven impossible to reset.
