After a few issues with miscommunication, Stephen, the owner was kind enough to call me and assist with the hiccups. I was dealing with when fixing my vehicle. His willingness to call a customer and walk them through the process. And where their money is going makes a big difference

I had my transmission repaired by Eagle Transmission about a month ago and my truck has been running great! I was mainly assisted by Ken but everyone I dealt with was very helpful. Glad I trusted my vehicle to them.

Never in my life have I ever had a "shop manager" be as disrespectful and rude to me ss ken has. Flat out lied about the time frame and when I had to call repeatedly to finally receive a response. I got told it was gonna be almost $2000. More than what was quoted for a transmission on a truck that is almost 20 years old. After already dumping $2700. When I mentioned the price of the parts? Drop my car off to have it checked out. Ken was a very nice person. Treated us with understanding of our issue. I highly recommend this place. We had another car worked on before and they did a great job! They work with you in Financing the amount to get the job done.

A great experience here with Ken and Steve. They towed my Audi on a Saturday when they were closed and called me on Monday to make sure I was completely taken care of. Steve called with an estimate that was very reasonable and Ken kept me informed all the way until I picked it up on Wednesday. An honest and transparent auto mechanic. I’d bring any of my vehicles here with extreme confidence. Thank you guys you got a customer for life.
