I sent my vehicle here for a diagnostic after a horrendous transmission issue, and Ken and Steven(?) were VERY helpful in giving me all the information needed to give me a better idea what was going on. They explained things like they were a family member to me, so there wasn’t any “our place is better, pick us” stuff going on - they truly cared and wanted me to make the most informed decision, whether that was choosing them to complete the repairs or moving my vehicle to another place. I brought my 2018 Ford F-150 in with transmission issues. Tim and team quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a fast quote. I ultimately decided to trade my truck in and Tim was gracious enough to hold it at his shop until the tow truck could arrive. Even though Eagle didn't perform any services, their customer service was greatly appreciated and I would definitely come back.
