My car stopped working on Monday and I spoke with Frank about having my vehicle towed to their repair shop. Vehicle has a 100,000 mile extended Warranty on work performed by this shop for a brand new engine. The warranty was transferable when we purchased truck 5/2019. The previous manager David was awesome at resolving the minor issues we had but the shop is now under new management. They had our truck for almost a week and blamed the warranty company stating the issue was not covered.
