My car stopped working on Monday and I spoke with Frank about having my vehicle towed to their repair shop. The following Monday I called to see what they found and they said the transmission needed to be rebuilt. My two options were a 1-year warranty for $6,207 and a 5-year warranty for $7,417. Vehicle has a 100,000 mile extended Warranty on work performed by this shop for a brand new engine. The warranty was transferable when we purchased truck 5/2019. The previous manager David was awesome at resolving the minor issues we had but the shop is now under new management. They had our truck for almost a week and blamed the warranty company stating the issue was not covered. We called the warranty company who informed us that the shop never called back to confirm the issue and also confirmed that the shop could "ca... read more
