Vehicle has a 100,000 mile extended Warranty on work performed by this shop for a brand new engine. The warranty was transferable when we purchased truck 5/2019. The previous manager David was awesome at resolving the minor issues we had but the shop is now under new management. They had our truck for almost a week and blamed the warranty company stating the issue was not covered. I had a very good experience with them in fact they could have charged a lot more they gave me a quote from just the way it was acting and it was about normal on there rate but in the end i was expecting to pay the price they said it would be but i was surprised when it was only 2/3 of that price i was so impressed that i bought them all lunch i had in my hand cash that i did not think i was going to have by them dropping the price so what else could i do but reward there honesty . and i know you will be treated the same
Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair rebuilt my transmission and gave me a 3-year warranty. I appreciated that they gave me 3 different options, prices, and warranties, and let me decide which one I wanted to go with. The guys at Eagle Transmission were professional and everyone spoke English well and communicated clearly, which was important to me. I am happy with the work that they did. The car is still running well!
When it comes to professionalism, Eagle Transmissions is a 10! I would recommend them, and I do, for anything, any kind of work. Even if they don't do that type of work, I would rather send someone to them, because it is the right place to go. Chris is a pretty trustworthy guy. I went to Eagle Transmission in Rowlett after the manager there said that they would give me a better deal than Honda would. After a month of them trying to fix the issue and thousands of dollars later I finally just had them quit working on my car because no progress was being made about the issue and I kept having to pay more money every time I went back. Left unsatisfied.
First of all, the "FREE DIAGNOSIS" will cost you $95 unless they do the repairs. Then, after their "diagnosis" they will surely tell you that the transmission needs overhaul. I was quoted $1,755. After I told them to fix it, I was told that there may be some "hard parts" needed but they wouldn't know until they had completely torn it down. David and his team were recommended by my trusted Firestone shop on Eldorado in McKinney and I am so glad they sent me their way. He and his expert technician Mark went above and beyond the call of duty to get a needed part for me and my '07 MBZ E-350 and even shuttled me home and back a couple times. They also ran a free diagnostic test of my transmission that had been acting strange. I will encourage everyone needing this kind of work to visit them first thing. Incredible service!

My 10-year old Mazda 6 started developing some transmission issues around June/July 2017 timeframe. The transmission was stuck in the 3rd gear with both the check engine and AT lights coming on. Went to a couple of other auto repair shops and was given the dreaded prognosis -- a new transmission was needed that would cost thousands... one of those worst case scenarios where I would need to buy a new car and have to donate this one if I didn't want to repair the transmission.
