RecommendedNice small and quiet community with very little traffic and great homes. If you’re looking to buy and there’s something available, do not hesitate to check it out.
Eagle Trace when through a lot of trouble. But now 2019 the community is almost all done all the mayor issue were fix. Owner control the board HOA. The people who moving in are great.
Very low HOA fees-$625 a quarter
I love it here! Great community! Wonderful neighbors!
We were one of the people who lost their home. The lender who took it back was less than willing to help us out and continues to use various builders to finish the homes in there. Would never buy in this place.
