owner is a greedy pig, at least he was, hopefully he sold the company to someone with a brain and a heart.
Outstanding customer service I ordered a dirt auger with 72 inch shank and an extension online I wasn't watching closely and the extension I ordered was not compatible. Eagle Tool noticed the problem and took the time to call me before filling the order to ask if I wanted the two parts to be compatible (Yes, I did), and corrected my order.
