Eagle tax service is the worst company I ever dealt with. They filed my taxes wrong and it took 3 months and counting to have them correct my refund. I filed with them in April and it’s now August and I still have not had my taxes redone or a refund as of yet. The whole Eagle Team are pointing the finger. But yet n still I am without my taxes that I paid for in April to have done. I recommend for future possible filings with this company to go with another Tax agency. Eagle Tax has been doing my taxes for about 8 years or more. The tax lady Dale is amazing! But unfortunately I will never be using this companies services again. The customer service the receptionist offers is DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! This year topped the cake! I mean she literally went back and forth with me in the front office the entire time I was there. Also told me to "NOT BRING MY ATTITUDE BACK NEXT YEAR"! What type of company after supporting them for years- talks to you like that! I would recommend the tax lady any-day. Th... read more
