Me and my fiance was accused of fraud even tho we payed cash they making us pay more money or threatened to kick us out that Brandon guy and the black lady are very rude and unprofessional , and there is definitely fraud going on dont stay here
Original review redacted. Don't stay here. Edit 1: Have exact change if paying cash because they will take your cash before telling you they don't have change. I was provided a credit on my account for the future which would not be refunded. Where I am from that is called theft. Edit 2: I redacted my original glowing review. Having stayed at extended stay suites of various brands throughout the nation, it is easy to see that Eagle Suites runs a very lean operation. That is not a bad thing, just evident, and I hope the company does well over time because it serves a market which benefits from their business model.
