My adaptive sports organization ordered three sets of replacement straps for our fixed seat rowing machines during the fall of 2022. Cosmetically, they were perfect copies of the original I sent to Eagle. However, when they were first used 6 months later in the spring of 2023, they immediately fell to pieces after one or two sessions. The quality of the nylon straps was so poor that they frayed and broke. By then it was too late to demand our money back.
