Dishonest. They will not give out detailed receipts for payment for a business account. Is there a problem with their software? Also, one lady helped me out and stopped my contract on April 4. There was zero communication and she did not let me know she did that so I called a month later and the next person billed me for remainder of the contract on May 8th. There was still a note in the file for the April cancelation and billing had stopped. When I asked the first lady why this happened she kept saying an invoice was sent to you. Yes, it was. 5 weeks after you helped me out, canceled my contract and stopped my billing. Back pedaling and dishonest. With no capability to detail payments and credits. Shady in my opinion.

So I'm in Michigan visiting relatives and Eagle calls me to report a water alarm under the kitchen sink. I promptly call a friend to investigate. He discovers a water spray from the shut off valve and turns it off. Our new wood floors are saved. Insurance company's stat more claims are from water damage than anything else for homeowners. Thanks Eagle Security.

Every single experience and encounter that I've had with this company has been above and beyond my expectations. The technicians that come out and help with installations are always a pleasure and are very professional. I also love the interface of the system and how I can interact with it through my phone. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Chico area searching for home security.

My wife and I have been customers of Eagle Security for the past three years. We travel globally on business and pleasure and are gone for sometimes weeks at a time. We live in a rural area that is listed as a high wildfire risk. When we are away we always feel that our home is safe and secure. Both my wife and I are technophobes. The staff of Eagle security have always been helpful and courteous in answering our questions. We have had several instances where we burned something on the stove or in the oven and set off our alarm. Even on the weekends and evenings we were able to talk to someone on the phone that got us back online after the alarm was tripped.
