So I'm in Michigan visiting relatives and Eagle calls me to report a water alarm under the kitchen sink. I promptly call a friend to investigate. He discovers a water spray from the shut off valve and turns it off. Our new wood floors are saved. Insurance company's stat more claims are from water damage than anything else for homeowners.
