We had been patients for years. Most of the doctors care. At the time, PA Sharon Williams was there. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She requested to put my husband in the hospital and he was there for 5 days with Pneumonia. I had Pneumonia and bronchitis as well. We were in the waiting area. Very disappointed in the Stockbridge operational service. 3 day total to obtain a referral. Initial referral faxed to incorrect clinic. Physician failed to properly document final diagnosis as discussed. Must seek new provider. Absolutely inadequate service.
I've always had a good experience with the doctors however their billing practices are horrible. I first saw Dr AK when the practice started and as of today I am done due to unprofessional and horrible customer service. Beware of balances due where they did not file timely with insurance
