Love my home! Great quality and perfect floor plan for me! Price was very competitive and process was easy! All minor issues were handled quickly and efficiently! There were no major ones so that was even better! I am really happy in my home, this neighborhood and this area of town.
My wife and found Eagle Run just driving around one afternoon. We moved to the Meadows in Shallotte about 15 months ago. After the drive through we said to each other too bad we did know about Eagle Run before purchasing in Shallotte. So, we investigated the homes available and put ours up for sale. We are very excited to be a member of Eagle Run, and we have met more neighbors in one week versus 1 year in Shallotte. Our Pulti home is great and beautiful.
So far it has been a good experience. Eddie was a pleasure to talk with and is open to communication.
Eddie Nassan, our construction manager, was professional in every way and treated us with respect.. Eddie's performance and attitude is the reason our satisfaction is so high with Pulte. Susan Martino is also a great asset for your company. She is so positive, knowledgeable, and provided us with information that was needed to help us transition to a new state and community. Eagle Run is the perfect community for us.
