Very disappointed with this clinic, I brought my dog in active labor at an appt time 8:00 am, the doctor checked her the day before and said she would probably be ready the next day so she set the appointment herself. When I brought my dog in I dropped her at 8 and didn’t hear back until 1:00 telling me to pick her up and take her to ER hospital that they had no doctor to do this. My dog is usually very nervous and shy around new places and people but the staff were very friendly and made my dog feel safe, I’m very glad I was recommended this vet and look forward to bringing laika for all her appointments
Great staff! Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Very decent prices and in a convenient location. They treated my guinea pig and I left with answers and treatment! Highly recommended!
We’ve been to multiple vets in Idaho falls with our dog. This was by far the most comprehensive involved visit we’ve had. The staff were all knowledgeable with tips and tricks to care for our pup. Dr. Seda was great! Very knowledgeable and took the time to get to know our dog at her first visit! Huge win as our dog has been terrified of vet visits in the past. Truly a place to take your furry best friends! Would highly recommend !
My friend recommended me here. I brought a cat to this business. The cat is a stray and she looked sick. Upon bring the cat, the veterinarian told me that they can conduct some tests to see some options. I was told that the cat would be better after some shots. However, they never told me what was wrong or that she was very sick. I do not have much money, I wanted to help the cat, so I used up all that I had left to get her the shots- that would supposedly help.
