As of today, May 6 of 2024 at 11:30 AM. I called this location to find out about the status of my application from March 14, 2024 . However, Ms.Debra Salinardi pick up the phon. She makes me feel very uncomfortable. She told me with her own words:” Are you kidding me?, It’s been a month. The waiting list is at least five years long wait and we prioritize people leaving in West Orange & not outside of West Orange”. Ms. Debra ! We talked on the phone on February 12 TH, 2024 and you told me that you would send me a rental application through the mail. I called four times in different days in between to find out about it & left several messages. Unfortunately NO ONE had the decency to return my calls. 👎👎

Deborah the building manager is a phenomenal asset to this wonderful building! Nice clean place with extraordinary staff. Comfortable living for seniors. A+++++

The manager of this place is horrible , her customer service is the worst I ever seen , in order to work with people , she should be train to do so .
