I appreciated the free Shockwave session, although it did not help the buzzing and burning down my leg. I was displeased when I had to wait over 30 minutes in an office where no other patients or staff were in the office, no explanation either. The doctor was never there. I could never talk to someone – it was always AI. I will not be going to a place where I cannot call and talk to someone.
You should change your hours on the door. I’ve come several times and no one is here. Door locked. I’ve had appointments and no one is here ☹️ You need to clean your exam rooms.
