This company did an amazing job with the insulation on our new home. They showed up when they said they would, they stayed busy and the quality of their work was outstanding. They also had very competitive pricing and they cleaned up the job site when they were finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing insulation.
This is not a review of this companies work. This is a review of this companies communications. I have been trying since 11/01 to get an estimate from them to insulate my home. I have called at least 6 times and got someone to answer 1 time, which I believe was my second call to them. The gentleman I spoke to ask me to send pics of the areas I wanted work done in and he may be able to do estimate that way. Our house had some shallow spots in our attic cellulose and when I called Eagle Rock they came out that day, did excellent work, and met their quoted price (which was cheaper than another I had received). They did an exceptional job, and even crawled above our bonus room in our 150-degree attic so that they didn’t miss anything. Even got out a broom and dustpan to clean up what little mess made it into our house. Hard working, professional, and timely - couldn’t ask for more, and would 100% recommend.
