I have lived here for 4 years. It just keeps getting worse. First, the things that make Eagle Rock miserable outside their control: train noise. Now, the things they can control: this complex is full of cars without mufflers, and trucks and muscle cars modded to be louder. You can hear these cars a half a mile down the road, and they say they can’t do anything. Yeah right. Expect to be woken up every morning at 5am from people idling and revving their engines. This has to be the worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. Since I moved in this place 4 years ago the complex hasn’t had a contract with a tow company, so people will park wherever they want. Literally. The office will tag people that park in their spot if it inconveniences them, but won’t tag cars literally blocking fire trucks. They will however get upset if you grill in the parking lot.
