The maintenance team at Eagle Rock is very attentive and outstanding with their work. My AC has gone out twice since living here and it has been promptly taken care of both times. Thank you to Kyle and Bailey for the work they do and making it a joy to live here.

I have lived her since November of 2024. This place looks great, sounds great, hell… even the people that work here are great. But it’s horrendous. Fine print in the lease says we pay for all repairs. One week into moving in and stuff was already falling apart. Carpets were not cleaned when we moved in, there were stains and dust all over the place when we moved in. We have one assigned spot in the complex. Stay away at all costs. So here’s some background in this place: This place sold to a new owner during the pandemic. The new owner grossly overpaid for this place, thus the rent increase by about 25% since that time. The new owner is super hands off and has cycled through two management companies and maybe seven different management teams since then. Buildings 1 and 2 are falling apart. The new staff running the office is amazing. Adriane is super helpful and caring, and Kyle in maintenance is not only a good employee but a great person that has done personal favors no one else has done for me. The management seems like they really care compared to earlier times. I’d give more stars if I could!!! Rent is more than reasonable.
