The new staff running the office is amazing. Adriane is super helpful and caring, and Kyle in maintenance is not only a good employee but a great person that has done personal favors no one else has done for me. The management seems like they really care compared to earlier times. I’d give more stars if I could!!! Rent is more than reasonable.
When our water heater went out the issue was swiftly and efficiently addressed and remedied by Kyle, the maintenance lead. Extremely professional and friendly, he kept us informed the entire time. He went above and beyond just to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you so much !
DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX BOUGHT OUT or MANAGED BY AVENUE5 or you will be SORRY! We moved here to Eagle Rock a couple years ago to get away from Avenue5 who bought out Somerset Meadows 3+ years ago where we used to live. After Avenue5 bought out Eagle Rock earlier this year (2024) the exact same thing is now happening here at Eagle Rock AGAIN. I lived here a year without hot water and proper working appliances . I spoke to the plumber and management knew about the issue but acted like nothing was wrong . Took them 5 months to replace a squealing hot water tank which was not the issue. Dishwasher, washer and dryer along with the heat and air conditioner did not work when I moved in. Took them until October 6th to replace the water heater(I moved I may 5th) even though I had dozens of work orders(I put my first one in 15 minutes after having access to the apartment.... read more
