The roof install was okay but not upto previous quality. They have done three buildings for me over the past few years. After install was completed, I discussed a few issues with Tim (ERR salesman). Ice dam cables put on very sloppy with wires hanging off the roof. Also was only given one thermostat (should have been two). Tim told me he would be back to realign the ice dam cables, tuck cables into the siding and bring me another thermostat. Did not happen. The roof installation went fine, but an extension is needed on the stack pipe for the anticipated snow accumulation this winter. A complete payment was made almost immediately after the roof work was completed. The owner of the property was assured by both the owner and his son, that the stack pipe would be extended, as per their agreement. This has been an ongoing request via phone calls, going on two months.
