The Eagle River mediation experience was not helpful in moving us to a solution and was a complete waste of time and money. The mediator just continually stated, "You're both correct in your own perspectives," over and over. She also did not allocate equal time for both parties, allowing one to wax on continuously in overly emotional and unproductive circular arguments instead of working with facts and what was pertinent to the family situation.
Holly is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable mediator. She creates a calm and approachable atmosphere, making the mediation process feel much less intimidating. I've visited another mediator in town who was also great, but Holly stands out for being just as skilled and more affordable. She excels at remaining a neutral third party, ensuring a fair and balanced experience. Highly recommend!
