We loved this place. First time staying there. We were on the second floor and had a lake view with a shared balcony. Breakfast was more than we expected. They put out lots of extra snacks besides the regular hot breakfast stuff you normally get. They have beautiful mural paintings with wildlife that were outstanding. Rustic furniture inside lobby was awesome. There is a restaurant attached but they were booked up that we missed out. Must be good, because that always looked packed. I recently returned from a 5 night stay. I was greeted with a lady telling me that she had no reservation for me even though it was a fully paid up stay booked months ago. The hotel is “tired” looking. It is in dire need of basic upkeeping. The carpets have many visible stains and the walls need painting. Out of 5 nights, my room was only cleaned twice even though I followed their protocol of informing them that I wanted it clean.
