The Service Department at Eagle River Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is OK for oil changes, tire rotation or very basic work. This is why I am giving them the One Star. However, more elevated maintenance, troubleshooting and resolution of issues is beyond the skill set of their mechanics. Do NOT allow them to talk you into performing maintenance work on your vehicle. I had an engine light blinking on my 2021 JEEP Gladiator truck. I took it to the Jeep dealer in Eagle River, Wi. I do not recommend this dealership at all. It was minutes before anyone addressed me. When I explained that I needed to know why my engine light was blinking, I was told it was going to cost me $75 for a half-hour of service to run the codes.
