I have only lived here a few months and that has been more than enough time to see the cracks, both literal and figurative. The units look decent from the outside, but once you are in, you realize the walls are made of paper. You hear EVERYTHING. Neighbors attached to you with slamming doors like a marching band, attention-seeking idiots in their cars blasting music like it is a full-blown rave, and random outdoor noise from blocks away. Amelia and Kelsey are truly too good for this world. Best customer service experience since the pandemic. On separate occasions, both have been super helpful walking me through the application process and patient with my questions over the course of the week. They were very reassuring of my inquiries and transparent of the unit's history, details, fees, and other responsibilities of the tenant (as well as some helpful insight to some of the leasing agreements and accordances).
