Eagle Ridge Builders trespassed on my property and several of my neighbors, tore down our fences and cut down dozens of trees near a private creek on our properties. Some of these trees were 20-30 ft tall and over 50 years old that provided excellent privacy and noise abatement when we were at the creek, but it’s gone now. I’m concerned they also caused irreparable harm to the watershed of Fryers Creek.
