It's an excellent development built into and up the hillside in the Qualchan Valley with gorgeous views! I do work for a couple in this neighborhood andfrom what I'm told, it's an excellent place to live. I certainly imagine that it is!! If you're in the market for a new home, I'd highly recommend that you take a look at the very least!

I am fairly new here, and I really enjoy this community, and my grand children love staying here with all the areas to play.
