Just visited John. Staff I interacted with were welcoming and professional
I cannot express the hurt I felt when seeing my dear friend with dementia be so horribly forgotten and hurt with no explanation and never being reported to us. Medications being administered without first communicating to the proper people. Horrible bruising and neglect and coming to find my friend im very dried pee clothes and a rash from not being cleaned. I don't know what happens in 3 days. Weather staff neglected or management was absolutely neglecting this person. Do not trust this faculty.
As shared with the facility, and the staff...Please be sure to shout out to the team! They made my Mama's day (birthday) SO special. AND for the girls that went above and beyond for my Gramma, I have no words, the happiest of tears for their dedication of care to my family. I could not be more touched and grateful for their generosity during the hardest time in our lives.
I have worked at this facility and now with relocating I am happy to share how impactful this place is. I’ve also had my grandmother rehab here and she still speaks warmly regarding our staff, always asking me questions to stay up to date. As staff we truly admire our residents and it is our home away from home. I love all the improvements and the energy that we bring to our team.
