My brother in law CLIFFORD MCCUNE was a resident of Eagle Ridge for 3 years. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY CARING. Clifford had cancer THE NURSING STAFF TOOK GOOD CARE OF HIS NEEDS.The STAFF became part of CLIFFORD life when he needed the most. The ACTIVITIES DEPARTMENT DID A EXCELLENT JOB WITH KEEPING HIM ENTERTAINED WITH GOING FISHING AND GOING ON OTHER OUTING. CLIFFORD WAS SO HAPPY BEING TO AT EAGLE RIDGE THE STAFF BECAME HIS FAMILY. My beautiful mother experienced the worst in this nursing home it will be 5 yrs my mom has been gone the staff very rude ur elderly people's in ther dnt have there own voice to stick up for themself us as a family ws her voice the staff wud stick up for each other and blame my mom and lie for each other's for her reactions which my mom had dementia pls 🙏 be kinder to ur elderly folks in ther.i wouldn't even send my dog there it's just a paycheck to many. And not professional at all
