Guy was friendly inside and haven't rented my equipment yet but we'll see how the experience goes.
Their driveway was great for looking up a next GPS point. I did no business here. Appearances matter though & what equipment I could see looked clean and in good order.
Rented broken equipment, then will not refund me the difference between the higher cost broken equipment and what I ended up with, despite confirming they would. Sent multiple emails and won’t respond. Ended up having to dispute with credit card company. While I understand equipment breaks. the customer service has been ridiculously bad.
Thoughts?
Eagle rents great equipment. The log splitter I rented started on the 1st pull every time. No issues and reasonably priced. The staff is great too.
