We built our home with eagle quest 3 years ago. When we moved in we noticed the backsplash installed wasn’t the one we chose but not only that they ran out of material so they used the same one but was a slightly different colour and hoped we wouldn’t notice. We asked for it to be replaced, they agreed to replace it but when it came down to doing it they kept putting it off. Three years later and they still haven’t done it.
