I stand by my choice to protect myself even if it meant losing this job. I have since worked with much better security companies and now understand that this is just a bad business overall.
Not professional, I was not respected by several male employees, manager and human resources did not correct and do not correct employees for racially movatied actions against me. Human Resources fails to protect the employee. They lie to their clients about Financial records, they do not always put gas in the vehicle used by the staff many times employees have to come out of their own personal pockets to pay for gas and other car care essentials.
Do not work for this company! They do not pay their employees. I contacted the owners ( Shannon and Gray) for days and never got a response. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Love working for this company. They treat me like a member of their family and have always had my back personally and professionally. The director is the man!
