Thursday my senior dog had an accident on our sofa. I called a local carpet cleaning and they referred me to Eagle. I left a message and was called back within three minutes. Was quoted a competitive price to get my sofa cleaned. We scheduled my appointment for Friday so I was really impressed with the speed. My appointment was set at 1300 and Joe the technician that would be cleaning came at 1130 and was very professional and to the point. He cleaned my sofa in about an hour and was done. Watched this company do a renovation on my aunt's 30 year old bathroom that was pretty much useless for her because of age and injuries. A one day job turned into a 3 day job as it being a 30 year old mobile home, one problem after the other but Patrick, Jay and all the other people they brought in from the demolition team to the finishing team were professional,through,polite and left no stone unturned. Patrick came out immediately in a professional manner and really knew his stuff on restoration. He was more professional, communicated quickly, punctual and knowledgeable than the “big box” competitors that the insurance company wanted me to use. We have used them several times and it is always wonderful to work with them. They are prompt and go above and beyond. Our carpets and upholstery look great and are very clean.
