I hate to leave a bad review, but I basically paid for a quick wet vacuuming and zero spot removal on carpets and the 2 chair cushions. This is a small home and is well kept. The office offered to have him return, but I took care of it myself.
The work done by Joe was professional and top notch. He gave a courtesy call, showed up on time, was polite, informative and professional. The cleaning of our area rugs, carpet and a lot of upholstery is superb. Thank you so much.
I called J Phoenix to come check out my chimney which was suspected to be leaking. He came out and gave a very thorough inspection and assured us that everything was working great and in good condition. I am grateful for his professionalism and careful attention to detail. He also brought along a person newer to the company and was providing detailed instructions & training to that person to make sure a high level of service is provided to future customers. Great job! I will be calling again!
