I tried to apply today but they said that me and my sisters income was too low . It’s very unfortunate that a apartment is not willing to work with anyone who can pay their own bills regardless of how much income they bring in . So thus the nice lady is saying she doesn’t want my money . So I will take my business else where . Do not lease with these apartments because they are a unfair business establishment . I recommend Eagle Properties. I have leased a house from them for about eight years.They have reasonable rental rates, and have worked with me during a period of time when I was unemployed and had difficulty paying my rent. They have recently made some improvements in property maintenance and upkeep.
