Made an appointment on 1/26 couldn’t get to me until 1/29/2026. Called 3x in one day never had my order the first time I called, 2nd time I called they said they would call a driver. 3rd time couldn’t get an ETA nor any kind of reassurance that driver would in fact deliver my propane after waiting almost a week.
I can call dispatch and they can normally fill our home and workshop within a day. Drivers call to confirm delivery, and are easy to work with.
Went to Eagle Propane because the reviews stated they were very polite, professional and friendly. They were correct, their customer service is exceptional. I will definitely be coming to this location for my propane needs.
Llame para pedir gas. Me dijeron que llamarian antes de venir y nunca llamaron. Cuando llame para preguntar la persona no fue de mucha ayuda. Solo sabia decir que no sabia porque no me llamaron.
