The tech was very professional and presented excellent customer service. He was honest because he had an opportunity to charge me a lot but told me there were no issues except a mistake I made and charged me for just the service call. He serviced and checked every thing with great care. I highly recommend him. He was clean cut and spoke well so I could understand. He explained the issues and gave me great detail as to what my AC needed.
Trace, Tyler, Josh, and now Jason have worked with me and my almost 39 year unit to keep it up and going the last couple of years until I could get to the point of being able to replace it. They are professional, conscious of customer needs and works to get the best fit. You can’t go wrong with Eagle Pro.
Brian and Nate both were professional and went above and beyond fixing my AC issues. Added vent and looked for leak.
