Company sent someone out who identified an issue. I paid extra money for a membership. When I reached out to pay for a new installation as recommended I was told the company closed down. This was a day after the person had come to my home. I was then contacted by the tech who told me I could pay him and he would install it. It was extremely confusing and sketchy. My first review was glowing, but it’s almost two years later and what they promised me they still haven’t delivered: an app that synchs with the unit and my thermostat. Seems simple, right? They haven’t finished the job, their customer service has gone downhill, and just this morning they stood me up for an appointment and though I called, I never heard back from them. I was warned not to use them. I should’ve listened.
