very difficult to deal with. had trouble finding the storefront. kind of looked like a massage parlor to me. folks working were very not helpful. message i got when i went in was essentially, "go away."
whoever answers the phone for customer service is a JOKE! likes to be really sarcastic. you will not be acting like that in person guarantee it. going down to Texas from Chicago in December maybe I should pay you a visit.
I have used Eagle Postal Center for years. The only reason I have stopped is because I no longer work in Southlake and therefore aren't in town regularly. Joe has never failed to be a positive influence that is always encouraging. I have had a mailbox there for years and he has helped ship a number of packages. I've never had a bad experience between his services and his interactions. If I ever find myself living or working in Southlake I'll get another PO box with no hesitation. Joe, thank you sir. P.S.
