I have been a loyal customer of Eagle Pools for over 8 years. When I first starting using Eagle Pools they were quick to respond and very reasonably priced. Over the years the service has greatly declined. It seems impossible to get a timely response from Kevin in the past 2-3 years and there is always an excuse. I know that certain times of the year are very busy in the pool business, but when it takes more than a month to get your pool open and simple repairs made it is not expectable.
