There's a lot of good talk while you're looking and choosing which pool you feel is best for your home. But for the money, the work that you still need to do when you walk out of there is way more than I expected. I always believe the contractors were the ones that needed to get the permits with. Then it is not the case but it's because their contractors are not their people. Their subcontractors that is not disclosed. The weight I had on the permit was not their fault. It was my township. My husband and I got several quotes when we decided to put in an inground pool. While Eagle Pool & Spa wasn’t the cheapest, they were the company that felt the most real, honest, and trustworthy, and we are SO glad we chose them! We initially worked with Bill, our sales associate, and when he unexpectedly was OOO, John stepped in and picked up right where we left off without missing a beat. From the very beginning to the very end, the entire Eagle team was incredible. We can’t say enough about Mark, the excavator. He is trul... read more
Called the store at 6:45 to check and see if they had a small inflatable pool but no one answered. I reached the store at 6:50 to run in and check myself but found the door locked 10 minutes before closing even though the open sign was still lit. Made eye contact with the workers inside and signaled for help but they ignored me and walked away. I had rushed to get there before 7 pm but it didn’t matter because they closed before their set hours which are written on the website and door.
Opened the pool this year to filter multi-port valve leaks. Not only were they the only place open on a Sunday, but they had exactly what I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that took the time to ensure I left with exactly what I needed.
The team here is fair and knowledgeable. They don't try to pressure you into things you don't need. Always willing to answer questions. Best pool supply store in the area! Highly Recommend!
