Visited Eagle Pointe today! Love their property! It feels like its own little neighborhood and look how precious these flowers are. It’s so welcoming and Alyssa, the Property Manager is so helpful and kind! I love visiting here :)
I filled out an application and paid the $50 fee, they never got back to me even after calling them multiple times. I know after no response I didn't get the place, but they could have called me to let me know. Very unprofessional.
Unfortunately 1 star. I usually dont leave reviews and I truly thought i could leave a good review but they robbed me of my deposit. After i cleaned up the place very well and I always paid my rent on time, they had the audacity to keep almost 100% of my deposit. If i would have known they were so picky with certain things i would have saved money by hired someone to clean up the place. Super bummed. The managers are awesome! Yes it is in a bad neighborhood; but we are in the back and the managers watch everything and have a security guard company that comes through every night. The night security are awesome once they get to know you, they protect the property and you, they drive through like twice and hour. The only thing I don't like is we don't have a dishwasher and there is no washer and dryer hookups. I feel like I have gone back to the stone age. Lol!
