Great people to work with. Simple 1 day installation. The construction crew was very friendly and had everything cleaned up when they left. Our solar array is working just like they said it would.

I would not recommend looking for employment with Eagle Point Solar. I currently work for a Solar installation company not competing with Eagle Point Solar and extensive construction experience as well as Business Management experience. Upon hand delivering my resume and speaking with Michael Mularski (VP of Sales) he was enthusiastic about meeting for an interview. As I work out of town for extended duration s, we agreed to have an interview the following Thursday and I would update him the following Monday to ensure our schedules still coincided and we would meet in Madison at a time and place to be decided. I emailed Michael the Friday before the week of our meeting to let him know my schedule would not change and asked where and what time he would like to meet in Madison. With no reply by Monday afternoon, I text-ed Michael to inquire about the details of my email. He replied with I m sorry my schedule has changes can we do this on Friday. Why he failed to update me or answer my email in a timely manner I was not sure. I agreed to meet on Friday which would require me to travel back to Madison after coming home to Dubuque on Wed. evening but I was really interested in the positions he said were available. By Wednesday, he had still not communicated any information as to where or when to meet in Madison on Friday so I again text-ed him to confirm the details He asked if I knew a good place to meet in Madison and we would agree to that. OK, I think it s really the responsibility of the interviewer to research the details and set the appointment. After researching a good meeting place and address I text-ed the address and business to him, however I did not receive a confirmation. Thursday morning I realized I had text-ed to his office number and immediately followed up
