Terrible company to rent from. When the coronavirus pandemic began, Eagle Point Management made a point to send an email with no sympathies or concerns for students but to mention that "no financial considerations will be given." They demanded that students move out by May 9th and if you couldn't (as in if you or your family had coronavirus or could not get a rental truck), you would have to pay more.
