I went to E.P. Auto Care a while ago and had a very bad experience. I left my vehicle for some diagnostic work. Kevin at the front desk was nice enough. However, whatever tinkering the mechanics did to the vehicle made the symptoms even worse. There are plenty of honest and reliable shops in the area. I would recommend any other shop over this place.

Very fast service and knowledgeable staff.
They are amazing! Won’t be going anywhere else. Another shop spent 3 hours trying to figure out a problem.. said I needed to come back for several more saying it was wiring issue. Eagle Point Auto had it figured out and fixed in about 45 minutes! Can’t say enough about them!
