After being informed of a $55.00 service call policy, I had an Eagle plumber come and give me an estimate, that I knew was extremely high. I paid the service fee in Cash and received a hand written receipt from the tech. I ended up having the job completed by someone else for 1/2 of their estimate. 3 months later Eagle contacts me about the service fee, and of course by now I can't produce a receipt. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE! I believe the.receptionist lady has it out to get Vincent fired! On 4/11/20 we woke up smelling gas. We called in and explained to the receptionist that we have a gas leak and needed someone to come out and check it. She never at anytime asked me if I knew exactly where the gas leak was. If she had asked me that question, I would have stated I didn’t know the exact location of the leak. It could be anywhere. We have a 3 story home!!! And I am not a plumber. Was told it would be an $85 to come find out what the problem was then charged 165 plus 50 for the part which did not check if part was under warranty which it was Said they will come back Wednesday no show no call. Call to talk to manager never returned call it’s been 5 days Horrible horrible.
