We have called on Eagle Plumbing and Heating several times and have always had good experiences with them. We needed the pilot light on our wall heater in our family room lit before the cold weather moves in. Chris arrived in less than 1 1/2 hours from my initial call. He is a very polite and really nice man. He cleaned the heater elements, lit the pilot light and checked for carbon monoxide. We are grateful for the quick response and professionalism.

I recently bought my daughter a mobile home to live in while she is in school at UW. The toilets began to back up so I called Eagle to come out and diagnose the problem and they refused to take me on as a new customer because “I own a mobile home and most mobile home owners don’t pay their invoice.” Essentially I was discriminated against because other people who share one commonality with me didn’t pay their bill and apparently that must mean I won’t pay my bill, so I was refused service.
