I was having an issue with my hot water heater not working. Gus came out and really helped me out. Thanks so much for all of your help!!
Eagle Plumbing was assigned by our Home Warranty company. Gus came out ONCE and told me how to get replacement parts. Seems that should be the plumbers job, but ok, with a lifetime warranty on parts I could do my part. When asking for help, needing him to contact the warranty company, trying to get status updates, etc I only received ONE text message from him in a 3 and a half week time period... And the situation is STILL unresolved. Seems Eagle plumbing does well dealing with the standard paying customer but drops the ball... read more
Our home warranty company hired Eagle Plumbing to fix a clog. He showed up, agreed that there is a clog, then said his equipment was "burned out" so he couldn't help. He should not have accepted a service call that he was unequipped and unwilling to handle. He also said that he would call the home warranty company immediately, but when I called 2 hours later, they said that they had not received any information from him.
He showed up on time and took care of our issue fairly quickly! Overall great service
