Steer clear of these guys. They are crooks victimizing their clients, in my opinion. At my required home sale inspection, they tried to convince me that even though my system was functioning well, recommending a $3,500.00+ installation of a septic drainage line cleanout trap, misleading my realtor, alarming my buyer, and putting the sale in jeopardy. I cant say enough good things about Eagle 1, fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Hard to find that winning combo. Had an extensive repair done after someone drove over a water cutoff valve riser near our driveway. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work. Highly recommend and will use in the future. Thank you Eagle 1!

Came out to repair a leak while I was out of town. Instructed technician to repair the leak and bypass the pre heat system if possible. Was told the leak was repaired and water was restored to the house via text messages from the technician. Came back to find the hot water was shut off to the house. After calling back, I was told it would be a week before they could come back out to correct their mistake. Charged for 2 invoices. Never again. Thumbs down.
