STAY AWAY: FRAUD, THEFT, AND PREDATORY TACTICS. I initially gave 5 stars because Courtney (the 'Comfort Advisor' who door-knocks this neighborhood) seemed helpful. It was a bait-and-switch. After a $2,800 repair failed in 10 days, they refused to honor their labor warranty. Instead, they sent a tech who showed up 2 hours late, refused to use a leak 'sniffer' for a real diagnostic, and then abandoned the job mid-work for a personal errand, leaving me without heat in the middle of winter. Tom was incredibly professional, thorough, and efficient. He also was able to come early, so he called ahead to make sure that was ok with us. He did a fantastic job!
This company goes above and beyond customer sevice. I highly recommend from office staff to technicians. They texted when they would arrive and follow up when they were on their way. Site was cleaned up and job was completed same day. Technician informed what had happen to our splits and what needed to be done to fix it.
