BEWARE! Eagle took advantage of our active duty military family household in the dead of a Washington winter when heat is needed most. Our heat pump stopped working so we reached out to Eagle, hoping they'd be able to identify and resolve the issue in a timely manner. The first tech that came was grasping at straws. Replaced a capacitor which did not resolve the issue. He then had to come back another day for which we got charged with still no resolution.
