I've done business with Eagle for nearly 16 years. In the past service was excellent. When I placed an order, I trusted that it would be delivered in a timely fashion and was never disappointed. After the change in management everything went downhill. It was more common than not for me to place an order and -without being told so - not receiving that order for a couple to 3 weeks later.
