I bought a atlas radian binoculars 10 years ago and the lens was loose on my recent trip. Eagle optics repaired without any charge and don't require warranty because their product is guaranteed for life! WOW, I wish more company are like them! Highly recommended!

This week I had an absolutely incredible experience as a first-time customer with Eagle Optics. I purchased (via their customer service phone line) a pair of the new Eagle Optics Ranger ED 8x42 binoculars and an EO binocular harness. The entire phone call lasted only 6 minutes from the time I dialed to when I hung up (I spoke to a very pleasant woman named Kelly), and the items were delivered to my door a mere 52 hours later. I'll definitely look to Eagle Optics first for my future birding needs.
