They do not deserve a star of any sort. This place is filthy and not up to code there is roaches everywhere they were notified numerous times and they say " we will spray". The water is always turned off the owner Daniel is a rude and he does not care about the tenants its all about the money for him he should out the money he takes from others to fix up that dump. He refused to give us back the $500.00 security deposit . He blocked my phones calls and text message . How professional is that . Do not waste your money on a di... read more

This property is infested with German Roaches. We unrooted our lives from Colorado to this property, viewing it prior to signing this lease and they moved us into an inhabitable living unit. Failed to treat the property before allowing us to move in. On top of having no hot water inside the unit. We’ve lost out on thousands of dollars from our UHUAL expense, to now being forced to live in an Airbnb’s and be essentially homeless. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
